At RJ HOST, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be requested for our web hosting services. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any service.


1. Money-Back Guarantee


RJ HOST offers a limited money-back guarantee only on eligible shared hosting plans, as outlined below:

  • Monthly Hosting Plans: Eligible for a full refund if cancelled within 7 days of the initial purchase date.
  • Yearly Hosting Plans: Eligible for a full refund if cancelled within 30 days of the initial purchase date.

Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable refund period. Once the refund window has expired, no refund requests will be accepted.


2. Non-Refundable Services


The following products and services are strictly non-refundable:

  • VPS Hosting: All VPS hosting plans are non-refundable due to instant provisioning, resource allocation, and infrastructure costs.
  • Domain Name Registrations: Once a domain is registered, it cannot be refunded, cancelled, or transferred under this policy.
  • Renewal Fees: All renewal payments for hosting services or domains are non-refundable.
  • Add-ons and Custom Services: Paid add-ons, custom configurations, migrations, managed services, and third-party tools are non-refundable.


3. Refund Eligibility Conditions


Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The refund request is made within the specified refund period
  • The service has not been misused or abused
  • There is no violation of our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy

The money-back guarantee applies only to the first-time purchase of eligible shared hosting plans.

VPS hosting, renewals, upgrades, and repeat purchases are not eligible for refunds.


4. Refund Process


To request a refund (where applicable):

  1. Contact our support team at support@rjhost.com
  2. within the applicable refund period
  3. Provide your registered email address, account details, and reason for cancellation
  4. Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.


5. Important Notes


  • VPS hosting services are non-refundable under all circumstances
  • Services suspended or terminated due to misuse, abuse, or policy violations are not eligible for refunds
  • Payments made under promotional offers, discounts, or special pricing are non-refundable unless explicitly stated
  • RJ HOST reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet policy requirements


6. Changes to This Refund Policy


RJ HOST reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
